Yes, it can be done!

“The Untitled Project” by photographer Matt Siber features urban scenes with all traces of text stripped away and reconstructed in a separate frame. Siber shot the original images in North America, Europe, and China over the past nine years.

Part of the urban scene is the text and the brands and stuff like hat...
From a legal perspective I understand it, butt from an estatic I don't.
Although. The legal part confusing too, the brand in a streetscene are not the subject, the scene itself is... So why is it a problem to have brandsings or stuff like that in the photo? It's there for everyone to see in the real world.
